Drama and Melodrama?
Let’s look it up: Melodramatic, “….characterized by exaggerated emotions, stereotypical characters, and interpersonal conflicts.” – Answers.com. Basically similar to the definition for drama except with the added word “exaggerated” and some other negative adjectives.
