		<description>I am a fan of the original book&#039;s author and read Howl&#039;s before before I saw the Ghibli movie.  I love them both.  They are very different from each other.  I think the movie&#039;s characters are much more likeable than the book&#039;s, and there&#039;s a different magic to each.

It&#039;s my favorite Ghibli film seconded by My Neighbor Totoro (Spirited Away being third).  I didn&#039;t have trouble following the plot which differed quite significantly from the book after a certain point, so it makes me wonder why people thought it was difficult to understand?</description>
